General Information

Do you work one on one with your patients?

Yes, the time you are booked for is solely yours, whether that be used on assessment, treatment, charting, report writing, or communicating with other providers at your request.

When and where do you offer treatments?

On Wednesdays, from 8am to 8pm, I work alongside the team at Mint Integrative in Kitsilano, Vancouver. Please contact Mint to book.

Thursday afternoons I offer my services to private club members at VLTBC club. Please reach out to me to book an appointment.

Home visits may be arranged M/T/F. Please reach out to me to book an appointment.

Virtual appointments are always available, though not always appropriate. A quick chat with your therapist will determine if this form of rehabilitation is appropriate for you

What do I need to wear?

Please wear or bring suitable clothing that will allow observation of, and access to, your area of concern.

To whom do you offer the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration series?

The ATSI series is an effective treatment modality for patients who come with chronic long-held patterns and multiple issues that have not yet been addressed together nor resolved. Likewise, if a patient cannot quite put their finger on what ails them but they feel much older than their chronological age or have lost their physical vitality and ability to perform their sport optimally somewhere along the way, ATSI may be appropriate.

The series requires a large time and financial commitment - 12 to 15 weekly or bimonthly treatments that ideally last 85 minutes each. ATSI is a total myofascial reset for the whole body and is designed to unwind strain patterns and reduce structural stress to evoke more efficiency and ease.

This series can be adapted for children and teenagers as well. Children are vital, mobile, and tremendously present, and because a child’s system is so available, treatments are gentle, short and results are often immediate. With teens, this is an important opportunity to empower them towards a healthy connection to their bodies.

Children are often quite curious about their bodies and take great pleasure in moving, and if they don’t this can be a good place to begin.

Please reach out if you are curious to learn more about this approach.
